Our Residents Say

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to thank and commend Mr Andy Loh from Jalan Besar Town Council for the way he handled the cases I brought to his attention. After I sent in a case, he would call me and discuss what’s the next steps and what action he’s going to take. He have handled all the cases in a very professional way. I truly appreciate his dedication and commitment. Kudos for his help and assistance.

Have a good weekend and stay safe.

Mr Cheong was always seen physically on the ground interacting with the people, ensuring the communal facilities and common areas in my estate are in proper order.

I once asked Mr. Cheong what makes his unwaveringly commitment to his job. He told me he has great respect for S’pore founding father MM Lee Kuan Yew and it’s Mr. Lee’s tough love for S’pore and his life spent for the nation that Mr. Cheong made the same commitment and devotion by following after the same principle in serving the people in the estates he was assigned to.

(Resident of Kreta Ayer - Kim Seng)

I’d like to praise one of your staff, Andy, who is always very responsive and helps us a lot with whatever matters come up.

He is our glimmer of hope when we face difficult situations here and don’t really know who to turn to. Not only does he give advise, he also follows up and gets things done. From what I see when I am at different estates, I must say that in comparison Andy and his staff here really keep up the estate very well. I can see a difference and hence want to give good feedback about him and his team.
