Payment Modes for Service and Conservancy Charges (S&CC)
Service and conservancy charges are due on the 1st of every month without demand (i.e. there will be no invoice sent for residential units). If payment is late for the current month, a penalty charge will be imposed.
To provide you with greater convenience in making your payment, the following modes of payment are made available for you.
Only payment directly to the Town Council office via cash, NETS, cheque, money order or credit card will be issued with a receipt.

Cheque should be made payable to ‘Jalan Besar Town Council’. Please include the account number, address you are paying for and contact number on the reverse side of the cheque or money order. |

With payments made automatically on a regular basis, you will no longer have to worry about late payment and penalty charges.
